Dawkins in the report doesn't claim to be an atheist. The report describes him as one. His cause is Humanism

He is an atheist. I’ve seen his programmes & to be honest he’s a bit of a git. He only chooses easy targets such as Christian fundamentalists. Doesn’t change the basic validity of allowing Humanists to promote their point of view in the same free way that religious groups are allowed to do.

Socialism and communism are alike in that both are systems of production for use based on public ownership of the means of production and centralized planning. Socialism grows directly out of capitalism; it is the first form of the new society. Communism is a further development or "higher stage" of socialism.

I shall make another one, Theism = Facism, do you agree with that?

So what if they decide to put up a sign saying "There probably is no god" how exactly does this differ from all the "Jesus Saves" posters dotted around wherever another deluded fool decides to broadcast their faith.

In fact I dont think this sign is needed, people should make up their own minds about what they do or do not belive, and those beliefs should not be broadcast to the nation, whether its a secular message or a religious message, whether that be polititians, school teachers, doctors, the unemployed and religious leaders those beliefs should be kept quite and only brought out in a place of worship (if religious). Proven facts should be the only thing that are discussed in a civilised society. On this subjet the French have it correct. But as I say there are many, many pro-religious posters dotted around the city, so why not even up the score. I would be in favour of a total ban on all public religious aftifacts, but as we live is a society that does not want to hurt anyone's feelings that will never happen.
