Black, as I'm sure you're aware, will always be black.
Black lingerie is of course eminently suitable on oriental and white women. I like the contrast against the light skin.
Believe it or not I've seen an oriental woman pull off a lizard skin print bikini..
Black lingerie suits blondes best I feel, although redheads are close contenders.
Purple suits women with black hair well, as does green and blue (black hair is probably the most versatile in this respect).
Green lingerie can help bring out green eyes.
I once knew a blue eyed blonde who looked stunning in (believe it or not) maroon keks.
Brown haired women aren't so fortunate; IMHO it's the hardest hair colour to work with lingerie.
As a generalisation I feel that black women can pull yellow lingerie off MUCH better than any other colour.
Latin and Indian women have a problem for me in that they don't get the contrast so well when they're approx. halfway between black & white in shade. However I've seen them look stunning in various things, a green dress I remember being excellent.

I think a whip can be fun but is something you need to totally trust someone not to give you welts with. As for the rope and handcuff. I have them in my draw next to the bed. I think they are a must sometimes when playing.

I'll think about itrope as so many more uses than just to someone down. You can use it like handcuffs. You can use it to tie a body part of yours to your partners. It can be fun if you get the right rope. I have a nice silky rope. It also doubles as a belt
