YES. I'm super passionate about eating meat organically. I started mainly for animal rights...I spent some time visiting local farms and seeing that the animals were just that- farm animals. Roaming in fields, grazing all day, lots of space and enjoying the sunshine. All commercial animals are raised without ever seeing the sunlight, and are packed full of hormones and shit to help them grow faster for quicker production...as a result, they grow deformed, and end up suffering for their entire lives. Its so sad.
But if you even put say, a whole organic chicken next to a chicken you buy from the grocery store and just compare it...you'll instantly see the difference. Thats without even tasting it. The meat yield is greater because the animals are allowed to grow at a normal pace and thus live longer...and the meat just tastes amazing. And you can eat it without feeling guilty about supporting a cuthroat industry (no pun intended) that capitalizes on causing animals suffering, not to mention, likely is causing cancer and other diseases.
