I know she is going to look better in the long run with her tits not hanging to her knees. With tits that huge she probably had back problems being the reason for surgery because they look smaller. My wife has tits that big and her back hurts on a regular basis but she is afraid to get them cut. Anyway Ashleys tits look a little too fake and I think she defiatly looked better before the boob job. IMO

I think its more of a breast lift, but you can see an implant in the breast.
