Arrested for cheering

Ok guys you win: legislate on people's happiness and feelings and feel free to arrest them if they don't comply.
I'm glad i left North America, if this is how you guys think over there, now.
Arresting people for cheering? Really? What's after that? Kissing in public? Greeting a friend loud from the other side of the street? Picking your nose?

Picking your nose, but only if you are really rooting around up there.

Allow kissing in public? Where would it stop? We could end up with people copulating all over the place. That would be intolerable.

Have some of you been to a high school graduation lately? Depending on the school you go to, these things are like a fucking circus. People bringing in air horns, vivuzuelas, even fucking drums.

The problem is, you can't hear the names. Yeah, it's great that this *** wants to cheer for her ***...but what about the parents of the *** AFTER her ***, whose name is drowned out in the cheering? How is that fair to them? And you can't expect that they should just wait til the cheering dies down to call the next name....the ceremony would take forever.

So....the parents were told to hold their cheering/applause til it was over....is that hard to do? No. They were also told they'd be escorted out if they cheered.

Apparently, from what I've read, she was actually arrested not for cheering....but because she become unruly on the way out, screaming and yelling and disrupting everything.

So....still think she is being wronged?
