I missed seeing her twice. The first time was in Coney Island for a free show. I've told that story before. The second time was last year. She was playing at the Bardivon. A 5 minute walk from my house. Tickets were $450 GA. With that came a 2 block walk from the theater to the hotel for her after show party. I didn't have that kind of money. But I did walk to the hotel. She walked with that crowd through those front doors.
