I am not ashamed of my body. When is necessary to appear nude in public i can do that.But not because i want.I am not that crazy.
For a cause, for a shooting.something like that.

Absolutely uncomfortable with my own nudity. I'm naked only when having a shower and changing my underwear, otherwise, I avoid it as much as possible.

Seriously now, I've dropped 70 pounds since the beginning of the year and am running again.
I'm about 40 pounds away from my old high school althetic weight (which was half my life ago!)

I'm from Finland, so there's nothing odd about being naked with strangers in a public swimming hall (shower and sauna, not the pools), or with friends in a sauna in somebody's home.

The only places where i'm comfortable with nudity are shower, sauna and in bed sleeping.
