One person calls another person a pervert as a way of putting theirself on a pedistal. That's all. There is no other reason. Humans are always trying to find a way to separate theirselves from their nature. Or as an attempt to feel better about what they do in their own life. It gives them a false sense of "cleanliness". That is hypocrisy.

It's interesting: I have also noticed pornstars who like to call their fans perverts.
You don't find that in any other profession. For example, you probably won't find a chef or waiters at a restaurant calling their customers "fatass" or "glutton".

Are we perverts? I guess that depends a lot on what one's definition of a "pervert" is. :dunno:

On one end there are those that consider only people that like the strangest or most taboo of fetishes perverts. On the other end there are people that consider anybody to like sex or erotic things perverts which includes the overwhelming majority of men and a huge percentage of women also, so basically most of the people on the planet. Trying to fit most people in the world as being perverted just doesn't seem to fit what I think the word means. I tend to think of a pervert as somebody that's closer to the former of the range I listed above.

I would say I don't think that most people on here are perverts as much as we just really REALLY like generally normal erotic things.

I think there are far more paraphiliacs on this board than perverts, but that's just my opinion.
