It is more or less the same medicare a la Obamacare and then raises taxes for everyone which at the end becomes once again a failed copy of the Obamacare system. Healthcare isn't and wasn't never a given and mandatory right and neither it is and was a mandatory warranty. When you have a salary, you pay for your own healthcare and you don't leech off from other people's revenues to pay it for you. If you can't manage your own expenses, don't expect the others to do it for you. At 28 years old, you are supposed to be responsible, autonomous and economic self sufficient. None owes you or anybody else nothing.
