Or possibly it was staged by the girl and the cameraman and she pulled off her trenchcoat real quick and ran over and posed for the picture...though i think that idea is kind of lame
PS-the trenchcoat having been on so as not to attract attention...i don't care what country you are in...this girl in the nude would attract attention
