While I tend to think Mr. Annan incompetenly ran an impotent organization, I do tend to agree with him on this assessment. When will we learn the US is no good at occupying countries and effecting change? We've tried it twice now. One we lost miserably and the other one, well all we've done is make a huge fucking mess.
