I've found this site has a series of deals for porn subscriptions that are cheaper than what the sites themselves offer. Is this legit? Will they activate other services if I subscribe through this site?

The discounts are legit but it is still possible the sites have cross sales prechecked for other offers on their join pages so keep an eye out on that.
Just uncheck any other offer and you'll be fine.
