I have windows 7 on my PC, I installed the free Virtualbox app, and installed and run OSX as a virtual machine.
At one point I had 4 versions of windows, OSX, and a few Linux distros.
Now I just have OSX, Linux Mint, and XP.
There are a lot of tutorials on youtube on how to install OSX onto a PC to make your own Hackintosh.
