Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) wants Congress to begin impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump so that the Republican lawmakers who support him will be on the record opposing impeachment and suffer a “stain on their careers.”
“I want to see every Republican go on the record and knowingly vote against impeachment of this president, knowing his corruption, having it on the records so that they can have that stain on their careers for the rest of their lives,” she told reporters Tuesday. “Because this is outrageous, to protect the amount of lawlessness and corruption coming out of this presidency.”

I've always been split about impeachment, i4ve always thought it's impossible becaus GOP control the senate and they would block that. But AOC has a point : having all these GOP senators, voting NO on impeachment, on the record, could pretty good for democrats in a near future, when America will have to deal with the dramatics fallouts of this presidency.
Just like having voted YES about the Iraq war has been damaging for politicians these years...

I don't think George cares much about legacy or how he's perceived in most topics, he identifies as "conservative", after all, and as we know, logic and critical thinking are not strong suits for Trump fans. I think what George remembers is how long Will E Worm's comments about Baltimore followed that twerp around the board and George doesn't want to be reminded about how he condoned Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez being raped every time he posts, which I absolutely will continue to do.
