Anyone with experience from HDVPASS?

Okay i just have one question i hope someone can help me with? I signed up for Hdvpass.com a week ago and i usually cancel my subscriptions from sites very quickly so i won't forget to do it later on. I might be stupid but i can't seem to understand how to do it with this particular site, i do see there is a phone number to call but i would really like to avoid calling, and there is two billing companies linked on their site but i tried putting my information through both segpay and epoch without any luck. Will i have to make the call?

Both Epoch, Segpay, (and ccBill) send out confirmation emails. The confirmation listing should have your username, password, transaction number (aka membership number) and the credit card number you used. Most times, it is the last four numbers on the card. All reputable companies send these out when you enroll. Check your inbox and spam folders. If you don't have the printouts, then you're going to have to call them. Or you can wait a month and check your credit card statement for the resulting charge that occurred in the prior month.

Try posing your question here in their support area. Usually these guys are really good helping out out.
