BINGO! I found her!

I've been running the image through TinEye every few days with no results. I did it today and got one result. The link I got had the same pic, but it was bigger and had a caption, Alavarado. I ran that through Google and came up with Robert Alvarado Photography on Model Mayhem. I searched through his pics, found her and found her model page. Here it is:
