Video froze on a random channel so can only go on the picture thought someone might recognise it or the tattoo.
Added an image however If it doesn't show the description is there a white girl with what looks to be dark hair lying on a bed with dark blue covers naked , her legs are slightly spread in a ******** pose and there's a black dude behind her grabbing her ass cheek spreading her asshole with like a white mask on ,like daredevil wears in the new series before he gets his proper mask .
It's a dark scene it looks like ,no watermark or anything.
