Anyone here play Final Fantasy Brave Exvius?

I played quite a few Final Fantasy games but not that one.
It's mobile, i guess can play on pc too and macro, but it's fun. Has characters from all entries plus original. They just recently released Cloud which everybody clamored over.

Nothing wrong with mobile gaming. I play Marvel Contest of Champions, DC Legends and Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes on android.
Indeed. This game got me nice and hooked. I been playing since around last July.
I play The Alchemist Code, too. Same people behind FF Brave Exvius. Great strategy game with great art and gameplay. Damn the wonderful artwork.
I got the last personal reward (King Burst) today. Last I checked I was around 39,000th, and that's playing really diligently, so I don't think I can crack 30K, but I'm hoping I'll at least get the <50K reward.
I've actually been using all my nrg on the events and didn't touch the story for the longest time. Now with nothing to use nrg on (once you kill the king cobra), combined with the 1/2 lapis promo I've been catching up and just finished Season 1.
I'm seeing if I can either finish the great raven questline or maybe try for that bahamut esper while the promo is on.

I was ranked 2200 for about first week of the raid and I ended up sick one day, slept almost day away and when I went to play to keep my streak and rewards flowing; I went to do raid and checked everything out in it, I was pushed up to 50k
Aside from that I at least acquired all the tickets, crafted everything except that shitty sun ra gold set equipment.
I'm looking forward to next event to get crysts and hopefully get my Trance Terra enhancements all done. I want to move on to Rikku and Tidus enhancements but... too many units I have in the end to work on.
My Black Cat Lid is finally potted minus her LB.
For anyone wondering who isn't playing this game, I"d highly recommend at least trying it out, esp if you like any Final Fantasy game (i.e. Literally ANY of them, from FF1 to the Mana series.). It has an original storyline with its own characters, but there are weekly "events" where they visit the worlds of other Squaresoft games, and during those events you can recruit characters from those games. Obviously they have every FF game, including the Mana series, Tactics, and others, BUT they also have other colab events with non-FF games. The Nier Automata event was really popular, there have been two Arianna Grande (yes, she appears as a character - in fact several versions of her) and currently there is a Lara Croft one. So you can have a team of Lara Croft, 2B, Cloud, Rikku, Kefka and Cecil for example. Just keep in mind it is a gatcha game, so know what you're getting into.

She was my first 5* rainbow (and the only one for several months other than Arianna), so literally every pot, enhancer, BIS equipment all went to her as well as all the ability crysts to fully enhance all her abilities, and in return she carried my team throughout the story and weekly events. I really wanted to get a 2nd one with the woman's day banner (a chained awakened chaos wave is so OP), but all I got was a Dark Fina...

I pulled a second TT when I first started playing. The game it turns out provided me many unit blessings I ended up selling or getting rid of cos I never knew their rarity/power. So I got rid of second TT cos I wanted no dupes. This was before dupes are 5% trust.
Ugh I was so ignorant.

My current team is Aria (no Ayaka), Black Cat Lid, Veritas of Light, TT and Loren.
Yeah, I know how you feel about being a noob. I didn't know about re-rolling, and so I just started out with my Rizer LOL. By the time I found out about re-rolling I was too far into the game and had several thousand lapis that I couldn't be bothered. Plus I didn't want to lose my Arianna, who had carried my team for a good several months from when I started the game, and did so until I got that TT.
My biggest noob move was using lapis to buy gil. I didn't know how important lapis was and I needed the gil to equip my characters at the beginning. I can't believe how much I wasted.
I don't have Ayaka (or Tilith, or CG Fina) either, although I REALLY REALLY wanted her and pulled HARD for her. I spent over 130 tickets and still didn't get her.
My main team is:
TT, OK (Always)
VoD, Orlandeau (one or both, depending on space)
Aria, Y'sht or Enhanced Refia or Luka, depending on enemy
WoL, VoE or Wilhelm, depending on enemy

I'm actually content without Ayaka. I have Aria as my main healer, almost fully enhanced Luka, and Rikku. Mystea and crap can't think of other units.
On another forum I frequent I like reading about all these p2p that drop over 1000s of dollars to get a specific banner unit. One guy dropped, if I remember right, over 4k for Cloud. I'm f2p. I thought about some of the 6.99 whatever bundles but meh... that's a six pack instead lol
I pulled two wadow so far. And Erwin. I want that cg Fina but not wanting to waste my tickets. Already used five.

With fully potted & enhanced Luka, Rem, Aria, Y'sht, Rikku & Refias I'm generally ok for healers except for those crazy trial bosses which require some whale units to legitimately clear.
The reason I really want Ayaka is because I'm SICK of my streak getting broken in the arena due to an AOE stop. It's practically the only thing that can make me lose in the arena and IIRC there's no reliable way to counter it except with Ayaka.
Do you know any other options?
I've done the dailies and haven't pulled a single banner unit this week. It's typical for me though, I seem to have rotten luck for banner units for whatever reason, and with no unit bonuses to worry about I'm not too concerned this week. Plus while I like dogs I don't think there's anything particularly vital about the banner units except for CG Fina of course.
I'm F2P and proud of it. Like you said, even the cheapest bundle costs enough for some real world enjoyment. And really, with no guarantee that you'll even get the unit you're chasing, I honestly don't understand how people can drop that kind of money on a game. I suspect the majority of those claims are BS as I refuse to believe there are people with regular incomes that are that stupid with their money. If you have $1000's to spend on gaming, go get a console or a gaming PC. You could get a PSVR or literally all the AAA titles for half of the year with that kind of money.
BTW if you want to make the most out of the story event, make sure you finish the raven's quest. It will help your crystal stash.

I've done few trials. I do not get far in them.
As far as AoE that's what I do in arena. As far as countering along with full evade units, I use Black Cat Lid's Hex Strike lvl 2. So when I come across a team of AoE I hope I get first hit and Hex Strike what looks to be the most dangerous. If no resistances have chance of any of all ailments. And level 2 enhance Hex Strike puts up to 3 or 4 ailments on one target. I also hope for stone or paralysis on first strike, too. That's all I can suggest that gets me by in high level Arena fights.
I been reading mixed reviews on Kunshira. I can't tell if people joking or not though. I pulled another Wadow. Got 1 rainbow on the 10+1 ticket. My 2nd dark fina. I actually had a not so hateful pull(s) this past month. Makes up for the past few months in the end.
Story line I haven't touched in weeks. The raid now this cryst farming been my time. I know last I played was turned Behemoth to stone after 2nd time fighting him.
