She was riding hide during the shut down debacle and thought it was in the bag and then the wheels came off healthcare.gov and Obama's ratings plunged. If nothing else, she is savvy and left now as to not make it look so obvious next year when she left because she was going to welch on the bet.
Nothing was said to her the day she left that was any worse than things she said to us or we have said to her before. This bet is the reason she left.
