He clearly said the gun was unloaded, mentioned reasons to be afraid of the weapon and the consquences of the weapon. He had most likely forgotten to check the weapon. I mean, its funny cause its ironic, but other than that I don't see any reason the conversation above mine even took place or why the guy should be considered stupid. It was a mistake, one that shouldn't have happened but at least it was one of the lesser things that -could- of happened.

On that note, when the girl brings the larger gun out, I laughed then.

My 2 cents. It looks like either a 9mm Glock, or a 9mm Barretta. Either way, it's very easy to tell and check whether it's chambered or not. This guy is a tool for not checking and re-checking before waving the gun around a room full of people.
