Another one bites the dust

I'm watching this video from multiple angles and I don't see how this can be a justified shooting.

He really did have his hands up don't shoot.

Those cops should should be shot and ******.

Yeah, that'll teach 'em. Does non-compliance warrant a shooting? No. But what wasn't seen in the video was him trying to reach into his waistband. This one will go on for a while until the DOJ either uncovers some real wrong doing or the officer is exonerated. Either way someone's gettin' paid.

and the guy in the car who told the officer that he has a weapon but that he has a license and was shot dead. (Is there anything that has contradicted this?)

My *** (who was a police officer) has done the same exact thing when he was pulled over. But because he is a good 'ol boy he didn't have to worry about being shot.

this is bullshit.

I'm tired of the benefit of the doubt.

Then if it can't be seen in the video, how do you know that ? Don't tell me it's what Tulsa police said and you trust them

So his car is stalled in the middle of the road. Why the fuck are his hands up and the officers' weapons drawn to begin with?????

These cops may be guilty as hell but I am not going to convict them without the facts.

You know, like they are doing in Charlotte at this very moment.

One of a handful of legitimate charges against an officer, it seems.

She basically let her nerves get the best of her.

No. You're thinking of Eric Garner. She just panicked. Terrible lack of situational awareness.

She ******
She shot him after he was tasered. ******* is the best case scenario for her, since the alternative is that she willingly shot him.
You can argue whether he was a threat, that he wasn't complying, reaching for a *** from the car, etc, but once he went down after that taser hit him there can't be any justification for shooting him.

So she's booked for a first-degree manslaughter charge. Better than nothing?

Who the hell would want to be a police officer in this fucked up country in this day and age? They're in a no-win situation. I won't post it here, but look up the video of Officer Kyle Dinkheller who was ****** by a piece-of-**** vietnam vet after a routine traffic stop. Here was an officer who had been reprimanded for being "too aggressive" previously so when he showed restraint, it cost him his life.

Let's just make this simple and black and white. You comply with an officer's orders, i.e. show your hands at all times, or you get ******. Post public service announcements wherever. You get high on PCP or stoned or ***** in public where you can't comply, then that's on you.
