When you go to make a complaint about something, and you're told you have to go online to make it, and you do, and a week goes by before you hear an answer and you finally check it, and it turns out to be an automated response of "We appreciate your concern and are actively looking into whatever your problem is!" and you file another complaint a week later hoping someone SOMEWHERE will bother to look at the complains, and another week goes by and you get another message stating "We appreciate your concern and are actively looking into whatever your problem is!"
