especially when they sit down to take a **** not far from me, or start to run around lifting tonns of sand in the air, or came back from the water and start shaking up themselfs with splashes of water flying in all the possible directions, or walk upon my towel... :nono:

Well I like to think I am a responsible dog owner. It is usually not the dog but the owner who lets their dog go crazy..... and I have a Jack Russell Terrorist.... errr Terrier... lol....
That is amazing. Especially if they block you while waiting for the perfect spot to open up in the intersecting aisle.
I read somewhere that when people know you are waiting for their parking spot they will purposely take a lot longer. :dunno:
Those govt. mandated - low flow "Save Water" toilets that require both a plunger and a second flush (which defeats said purpose) Yet They're stil req'd as per (IIRC) - The uniform building code .

This one annoys me too.
Seems the least they should do is allow dogs on the beach early in the AM and before sunset - like up until 9AM and after 5PM (or 4 during standard time).

There are plenty of handicaps that AREN'T easily seen, but justify it.
Do you agree that it is impossible to put a sign "Dogs with crazy/stupid owners are not allowed" at the beach? And, even if that kinda warning to be put at every beach, every dog owner will consider himself to be responsible, and his dog to be very well-behaved. that's people nature! we can't hope that only right people come to the beach. that's about many prohibitions in general... or safety measures.. many times you can exclaim like "what the fuck is that **** about?! if there are no cars around, why should I wait for green light?" or "why can't I ***** ***** and drive? I know my limit, I never lost my head!"... but rules can't take all the possible individualities in account. they are meant for preventing troubles in general.
dogs are *******. just imagine, if it were a lof them at the beach at the same time? when it is prohibited, only a few infringers are there with dogs, and when there are only one or two dogs at the whole beach, you might think that it is not dusturbing at all, and wonder why is it ******. but if one day it allowed, it would be a lot of people who like to take a dog at the beach at the same time. and when many dogs are in one place - the chances are better than even that they will start to *react* upon each other. if it be just barking it will be only irritation (though it is already bad thing), but keep in mind, that it is a beach, not a park. people are lying on the sand, and if dogs will start to fight or play with each other, they might easily jump on someone's face. there are small ******** around, as well.
and of course, hygiene is a solid reason not to let them to the beach. cuz if you like it or not, but most of walks with dogs are based on one reason: they need to take a **** or to ****. male dogs are aiming at every pole they see. it can be a sunshade or cabin... do you believe that all people will be coming with their dogs on the lead, and won't let them to run around and do what dogs like to do? I do not.
Well.. all in all I just think that this ban is reasonable. Cuz I see obvious and logic reasons for it.
**** below 15, thats the age they become able to hold at least a few decent conversations with you. Any younger and they cant talk/chat bullshit and act like asses. Plus parents who cant/wont control their ****.

I used to **** it on the old shows where there would be several people seated around a table discussing something and at the end the lights would dim to nearly going out. The part I hated was the fact you could tell they were still pretending to talk to each other until the screen went black like they were actually fooling anybody.

Well I see the logic but there are some cities where there are no dog beaches at all. It is beautiful to walk on the beach with your dog.... some cities allocate one beach to those of us that like to go to the beach with the dog.... I am not asking for every single beach, just one or two in every city. I went on the road to Florida and it was hit and miss.... some cities allowing, others fining..... oh well.... just my two cents...
