Anniversary gift idea

So, ladies and gentlemen. I'm stuck. My girlfriend and I have been together a while now and our anniversary is coming up. I need to do something romantic for her. I don't mind spending a little dough, but she's not to big on jewelry, so I'm counting that out. I'd like to do something romantic, but am kind of out of ideas. I don't mind writing poems, but what should I do with the poem? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, also, I realize I'm setting myself up to be attacked harshly by the "manly men" that don't do shit for their ladies. That's fine. Call me gay if you want to, but provide an idea with it, will you?

But seriously, just figure out what makes her melt. Food? Best restaurant in town. Does she need a break from work? Book a weekend away. Animal lover? Adopt a pet with her...another step of committment. Etc ETc. Just don't do the normal flowers and shiz. Thats everyday stuff...blow her mind.
