Apparently the nudity has been cut back to receive an R rating.

"Anne has scenes where she appears topless...There is NO lower frontal nudity by anyone in the movie."

This from people who have seen the film in it's German release. Anne goes topless at the seven-, thirty-two-, and fifty-eight-minute marks, but that seems to be all we'll get to see of her if this movie ever comes out near us.
