You could try hidemyass.com which is a proxy site and it will then allow access to the site. Not sure why the web admin setup redirection but it's not your end. The web site redirects certain IP ranges or domains to the balloon site.

Perhaps they have purposefully ****** his IP range? They're coming down quite hard on copyright.
Which IP range are you using to reproduce the redirection? I've only witnessed redirection when someone posted the wrong URL here.

Hmm, yeah, using the proxy site MotleyC linked let me get to her site okay. That's frustrating. I even tried loading it in Opera and turning redirection off, but no dice. Oh well. Guess I won't be joining her site.
Yeah I'm not sure why her webmaster even bothered with a redirect. I can only imagine it must be setup to block whole domains and or IP ranges. It's so simple to get around so it's not very effective.
