I just learned you have an MA in Gender Studies. First, is that true? Second, I wrote my thesis on "Male Rites of Passages and Competitive ********;" do you have any interest in reading it since you're so smart?!
I used to work for the University System and my thesis started as a joke when I called my male students "Hunting Parties" going out for a fun night on the town. My brain said... hey, they actually are hunting parties and it grew from there! Long story short it really explores how much masculinity is associated with ******* and how "boys" look at it to make them a man... So, you'll never look at ******** games and the guy who puts empty bottles in his window the same!
It's a 30 page read so I won't be offended if not but I thought you might get a kick out of it. Also, I may upland it to my Ph.D. in a Gender Studies program I am considering so any feedback would be appreciated!
