It was recent and it sounds like 'girls gone wild'. Not kidding. I found the video on amazon. Shes not on the cover. Its a series playboy was doing.
Google image the photo. The way I found the title is the screenie I found had the title of the film in it. Good luck post if you find anything.

The "Girl Crazy" episodes of TGND are about finding playmates to be the centerfold. The Andrea video from the background looks like a casting video for non-playboy models that want to be playboy models. After viewing both episodes you mentioned she is not in them.

Who said she is not in them? Not me. Im pretty sure her only appearance is as a candidate for playboy as you say. The only topless photo of her is supposedly from this video.
