Yeah, I noticed that too. I couldn't make heads or tails (no pun intended) of the reason for the prices. My best guess would be that they came from different brothels. So, in your example, that's seven for a blowjob from a cheap brothel with ugly, dirty women, but ten for a handjob from an expensive brothel with attractive, clean women.

Or it could just be cultural preferences. I mean, really, things like fake boobs, a Brazilian wax, or ending with a facial don't really add anything to sex in terms of actual physical pleasure, but I expect many guys would pay a little extra for a hooker who would guarantee all three. The ancient Romans would probably find that pretty silly.
