Well there are many things that can cause this. One of the more frequent causes is vaginal child delivery. What happens is that when you perform the divesalve maneuver ( i might not of spelt diveslave correctly) to hard. The maneuver is when you push down real hard. This occurs durring normal child birth. Another big reason is due to constipation, add in old age when the muscle's in our bodies have weaken,presto you get prolapse. Basically it comes from pushing to hard, either durring a bowel movement or child birth. These are the two most common cause's. So thats why you should all drink plenty of fluid's, specially in the summer.
