I personally have re-inserted quite a few "anal/rectal prolapse" back.
It is very gross and a large bloody sigmoid colon collapses (it was very bloody red and appears in a tubular form and protrude outside the body (the asshole) and you have to push it back in the emergency room.
Normally , you don't have to call the surgeon to do the procedure but be sure to make an appointment for the patient for follow-up.
Once you have an anal/rectal prolapse, the chance of re-occurance is very high and you may recommend the patient to have surgery to repair the anal prolapse.
All the surgery books illustrated and posted pictures of anal prolapse !

Anal prolapse means weakness of the muscles supporting the anus (asshole) and causes collapse of the anus and protrudes outside the body cavity.
There are over 30 different medical diseases can cause the anal prolapse.
In the picture, you can see the peritoneum ( the inner lining), the longitudinal muscle and the circular muscle which actually form and support the anus (asshole) and the mucosa area (subcutaneous skin) protrude outside the body (outside the asshole) and collapse !
The anus ( asshole) is actually supported by the inner longitudinal muscle and the outer circular muscle to form a ring which is unlike the vagina. The vaginal floor is only separated from the anus (asshole) by a thin muscosal membrane !

becasue there are anal/rectal/colon prolaspe. The rectal prolapse is more gross than anal prolapse and an inverted bloody rectum protruding out and I had to push it back.
This has nothing to do with gay bashing or gay.
It took me 4 years medical school, and more than 5 years residency to learn this kind of real "shit" ! real "shit" !

My first case of anal prolapse shocked me. I have never seen it before and an old man came into the emergency room and complained of severe anal pain (asshole pain).
Luckily, I had his old medical record and reviewed his medical history and knew he had anal/rectal prolapse before. I called his doctor and was instructed to push it back and had him to go back to see his family doctor the next day.
It was like a bloody sausage inverted out exposing the peritoneum lining !
Pretty gross to me !
(I don't think the thread starter knows what he is talking about until he sees a fresh bloody one coming out from an old man, an anal/rectal prolapse. there is nothing like that !)
