I haven't seen this film yet but have been reading some of the stories of the criticism from some in hollywood left (of course) and the backlash.

Moore, you fucking fat piece of human excrement and waste of space, I thought that was what you do in wars, kill the enemy? A sniper is a coward because he's not fighting according the Marquess of Queensbury rules? I'm sure the Americans whose lives were saved because of him appreciate his cowardice. And there's Seth Rogan showing no ability to make a moral distinction whatsoever. Just fuckin' kill yourselves. If anything, do it to reduce your carbon footprint. Do it for mother earth.
The director Michael Moore and the actor Seth Rogen took to social media to air their thoughts, although they both later backtracked. Moore appeared to slam the glorification of sniper Chris Kyle in the film, writing on Twitter: “My uncle killed by sniper in WW2. We were taught snipers were cowards. Will shoot u in the back. Snipers aren’t heroes.” Rogen compared the movie with a Nazi propaganda movie that appears at the end of Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds.”
