Camaro looks kinda like some cartoon car, like it escaped from some computer game or something. Especially interior looks childish.
Apart from that interior it`s not that bad but...not my favorite either.
But besides looks, the new 2011 Mustang is amazingly good car for what it is.
In both 5.0 and V6 forms. They`re not just fast in a straight line, but handle well too; 5.0 GT can keep up with BMW M3 on a road course, and the V6 corners even faster than both of them(but is left behind in the straights of course). Bang for the buck redefined!
The new Boss 302 leaves BMW M3 on a road course in the distance, and the Laguna Seca version just disappears in the horizon from that beemer.
And this with live rear axle, so they`ll still do the job on the drag strip as well without all that IRS wheel hop.
But what I think is sad is that they seem to be unable to desing good looking, cool cars anymore, without going that retro route. The new Camaro is kinda nice try to create at least something new, that isn`t just copied from the past, but unfortunately it doesn`t look that good.
And nearly all the "modern" looking cars are either thoroughy boring or just plain ugly.
There are some exceptions to this, but even Ferraris of today are just so forgettable they should be ashamed of themselves, whoever designed them.
In my eyes these retro muscle cars are cool for now, but are they going to recycle these same designs forever?
