Sorry, tis Dowson wrong girl...

Unfortunately, we have reached a dead end. She is not a model, and the photographer himself (Mike Dowson) only remembers her first name (Victoria):

her name is Victoria, i have forgotten her surname, she was around 19 at the time of shooting..she was a girl i met on the metro in Moscow 3 years a go..
I shot her many times but she was very difficult to photograph..she hardly ever spoke, i took this particular photo when she was in conversation with the make up artist..
i took many photos but this was the most interesting..
