Firstly i´m very sorry about the picture. It was taken with camera from my TV. It was the only way to get any picture of this unknown women.

I don´t know can anyone help me to id this hot girl but I sure hope so. I´m very sure that the scene we´re the picture is taken there was also a girl called Mya Diamond (if that helps in anyway). Looks a bit like Alexa Mae doesn´t she (women on the left)?

So you took a picture of your TV of a pay-per-view movie that you don't own I assume?

Since it's your only lead, maybe you should rent all of Mya Diamond's movies until you find her. Worthwhile research!

I do own the card where I saw the movie. Maybe I should tape all movies (from that channel) in next few moths if I could somehow see the movie again.
