I can go for a few days. When I'm on vacation I with a friend I think of other things than that, so its pretty easy. But after a few days I feel the urge and just jerk off fast and easy when I get the chance.

It does sound like you're addicted and that using porn to manage painful feelings related to the end of a relationship.
But it also sounds like it's just a phase and you'll get through it when you're ready.
As Doctor Ike I would recommend going out with friends at least a couple times a week, and finding activities at least one day of the weekend,
just to stay social and not become too isolated or depressed.
