And you do tease, that is why I held onto my subscription for so long. It is devious because it tricked me and others. You also missed updates. I haven't "bitched" since my subscription has expired. Usually when customers complain about something or have a suggestion, they get a decent response back that assures them it is being worked on. You on the other hand didn't do that. And you also REALLY know how to speak to customers WELL.
