Guy I was in a Halo 4 party with on Xbox live sounded like a Brit and we started yapping and the subject of Alice did finally come up. He told me that the NHS made her get her F cup (only 1200cc cause she started with a usDD) implants removed or risk losing her healthcare coverage all together. When women get implants they will usually start to gain some weight in other areas of their bodies to help balance themselves out in the case of a really skinny lady like our Alice this usually makes for a much nicer 'natural" look.
