I wouldn't install RealPlayer, haven't used that horrible thing in years. Although saying that, it may have improved. You can just download Youtube vids using sites like Keepvid

RealPlayer is still exactly the same it has ever been....useless.

You can use the Download Helper add on if you are running Firefox for saving streaming video's.

Opera 11 has a thing called Extension, there are a few extensions to do it.
