My take is something like this:

Thread not locked, just died after Admin put the smackdown on a larger format video that was being sent around.

No order to when or how a shoot takes place, some pics can be from before or after, and the video is various scenes put together as needed, same as in any porn or non-porn shoot, amateur or pro.
