Hey, I think the tats arent real. I follow her on twitter and a few other places and recent pics she posts don't have them. Also that pic appears to be from that Lady Gaga video mentioned a few posts before yours. I think it's called telephone. Regardless, she is one of the hottest women in the industry with or without tattoos. She has the best fittest body and has what seems like a good sense of who she is in the industry (not to mention that she seems to have a great sense of humor About herself and her career too).
Just my 2 cents though, but her Julialand scenes/photo shoots are some of the hottest things I have ever seen...
