I just found out about her. She's amazing. It seems like she's disappeared, unfortunately. I did manage to find one other picture of her that I haven't seen anywhere else.
If you read her comment in momo's link (http://www.nsfwpoa.com/2009/03/aimee-faith-has-rack-to-remember.html), it seems like she regrets posting her pictures online. This was two years ago, though.
