If the answer is either the US or England, I suggets you continue with step 1. If it's another country, you can continue with step 2.
1. Go back to school & try to learn some grammar. Don't try to blame your crappy grammar on dyslexia as that has to do with spelling, not grammar.
When you've done that, you can continue with step 2.
2. find out if the girl loves you as well. If she does, I suggest you spend some time together (at least a few years) so you get to eachother. This can be easily achieved by living together. Then I suggest you propose to her. The least important part of all of this is the girl's age, as long as she's over 18 (in most countries).
