If you get like 3.99 by video and 2.99 by picture set (4.99 combos), and you get a good payment processor that works with cell phone payments for overseas markets (outside US), you can make a good deal of money.
Subscription is totally dead, but if you sell by set, with lower prices you can make much more money in the long/middle run.
That, unless you get some android app to deliver content over smartphones (and that is hard, because Brin, the russian google guy, is gay so he is against porn and google store won't sell porn-related shit).
Also, I think guys here can help viralizing your sets over twitter, FB, and forums. But throw in some free sets so we can feel tempted, lol
