There's a nude history worth exploring.
Of course, Kim's most famous nudity/sex scenes came in 9 1/2 Weeks (1986) which was essentially her breakthrough movie (and yet another reason in my endless list of reasons why 1986 is the best year in the history of everything). While I found Basinger to be a little "hard" for my usual taste in actresses there was undeniable eroticism to the performance, and while the most famous scene is the blindfold/feeding/ice cubes scene, as a younger man I admit that I found myself having a little self-love over the scene where they make love in the rain, and the one of Kim's character Elizabeth masturbating.
