I absolutely agree that there are a wide variety of styles and techniques that different girls can employ when taking a facial.

There are two factors that I think are the most important: the expression on her face and her technique. The expression may be the most important - is she selling it to the audience, or does she look totally bored? As for technique - I look for things like the angle her head is tilted at, how she uses her tongue, and whether or not she says anything sexy.
