If you weight 95 pounds and change your weight 4 pounds that is around 4.2% which is a lot for someone.......I am 6'1" around 195 and a 4.2% change in weight for me is around 8 pounds which I feel the difference but don't it as much because my body is 73 inches not 62. Elle MacPherson is 6'2" and my guess is she weighs about 150-ish which means 4 pounds for her is around 2.66% but also distributed over 70+ inches.
