I think you're going to run into a dead-end here on this one. They must have taken the video down for a good reason, what I would assume to be a legal issue of some sort. We can only hope it's the result of improperly filed release forms, lack of signatures or something mundane; hopefully not an age issue.
It may not be much, if you intend on continuing the search for her, but they refer to her as "Ray" in the video.
