A personal question

Depends on what you consider mental hospital.

When I was 16 years old, my ****** had me *********....I mean "escorted" by 2 big men and this little woman to Utah so I could attend Premium Link Upgrade for 2 weeks.

I mean the kind of institution that works as permitted by law.

Your case sound a bit strange if these people who took you there were not healt authorities or your relatives.

The type of facility I was sent to is 100% private and located in places where ******** have almost no rights like Utah, Samoa, Mexico, etc. So what they do is convince parents to send your *** to their facility for "tough love" because they're **** that for some reason fell through the cracks in the system. The **** nobody believed was a **** addict, or dating the **** lord of texas. So once they convince the parent that the *** needs to go, they offer an ****** service if the parent doesn't think the *** will go on their own.

Most **** who are taken in by their parents are told they're going to a boarding school with loads of activities the *** likes, etc. Some are told they're going to Disney Land or on another holiday. And the rest are brought in by the ****** service to prevent the *** from getting wiff of what's going on and running. It's all legal because parents sign over guardianship to the ****** service/school.

Petra- I'm really sorry you were placed in that situation. That testimony was really hard to read, and I was ****** in a few spots (especially the part about humiliating a girl in front of an entire room of people and not letting up until she's about to burst, as well as locking **** inside a secluded room for an entire day as a means of punishment- insane). I notice at the end, one of the girls names all the girls she remembers. Do you think all the girls are okay now? They'd be in their early to mid 30's I imagine. Would be cool if you could all meet up again somewhere, unless the whole experience was too devastating and wouldn't be a good idea.

I've talked to a few, however, we weren't allowed to write down addresses or phone numbers (in 95, email wasn't that prevalent yet with these girls) in the facility. We were searched often and girls were snitches. So if someone saw you, they'd turn you in for "not working your program."

I'll write my experience later tonight after work. I didn't experience it as bad as the other girls that were there in 95/96 (and it really, really went down hill after that if I read the accounts) because I went in stone cold sober. I've never done *****, not even pot, and I didn't ***** illegally. So I really had my intelligence and wits about me to figure out how to play the program. The girls coming down off their highs and the ones with serious fucking emotional problems had a much harder time not tripping over all the rules and were forever the target of the staff.

petra just got hotter.

Bite me.

Huh. When I was younger and driving my ****** insane she used to say, "They're coming to take me away, ha-haa! They're coming to take me away, ho-ho!" I had no idea that was from a song until right now...
