It appears my style of sarcasm is a bit too complicated to grasp for more than one fellow member.

Should I mark sarcastic or humorous posts in a manner that ensures they do not get misunderstood?

Mr. Daystar

In a bell tower, watching you through cross hairs.
I didn't read the article, and I'm not going to. From what VERY little I got, out of the quick scan I did, is this. Some 16 year old girl, likely self entitled, and spoiled...but I don't know for sure, went to Great Britain, and got fucked with, so she decided to be an obnoxious little twunt, and went off on twitter, then had to apologize for acting cunty. So now you two aspiring rocket scientists are better then she is, because...you're old enough to know better, and you're on an adult website? Way I see it is, you're not doing anything different then she is....but you had an opportunity to be better then she was, and you chose not to.

Didn't care to read, ready to judge everybody anyway.
Talking about an opportunity to be better then someone else and not choosing to do so....

Educate a poor ignorant Yank please:

Yank Brit
Biscuit = Scone = Flaky and soft.
Cracker = Biscuit = Thin and crispy.
Cookie = ?!?!?! = Soft and chewy. I have seen some British TV Shows where these are called cookies, and some where they are called biscuits. Is this a regional thing? Are the terms interchangeable, or is there a dividing line between the two I am missing?

Thank you for supporting this ignorant Yank educational post. :coolthumb:

Also have any Brits referred to an American raised South of the Mason-Dixon as a Yank? If so was said Brit punched, or spit upon?

You're absolutely correct.....but at least I'll admit it.

I really should have stayed out ofthis. A German telling English vs. Ameerican people about their languages. That was a dumb thing to get into.

You appear to be a very highly strung person. Can I suggest some plain paper and crayons to help you in your recovery.

Its fine, I'm English and really don't need to worry about or get insulted by something like this. She said it was a joke afterwards, a poor joke to be sure but nothing to get upset over.
